Q: Are your store hours the same as delivery hours?
A: Yes. We are open Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Q: What’s the minimum quantity for grass delivery?
A: Our grass delivery minimum varies based on seasonal demand. Typically, it fluctuates between a minimum of 3 pallets. Please note that the delivery minimum is subject to change at the owner’s discretion without prior notice.

Q: Is there a minimum requirement for landscaping materials delivery?
A: Indeed, we require a minimum order of 1 cubic yard for our loose landscaping materials. Please be aware that this minimum order requirement is subject to alteration without any prior notification by the store owners.

Q: How much is the delivery fee?
A: It depends on your location. The fee is calculated based on the mileage and number of pallets or yards of material you order for each property location.

Q: Is there a separate delivery fee for other products?
A: Yes, loose products like topsoil, dirt, mulch, and rock are delivered using a dump truck while the grass pallets are delivered on a separate trailer. Each type of material will be delivered separately so as not to cross-mix. You don’t want your topsoil mixed with crushed granite for example.
