What’s the difference between ½ and 1 cubic yard?
A half cubic yard fills about 13-14 standard wheelbarrows, while a full cubic yard fills roughly 27. For perspective, ½ cubic yard covers approximately 150-160 square feet at 2 inches deep, and 1 cubic yard covers about 300-320 square feet at the same depth. We sell both sizes so you only pay for what your project requires.
